Chard Baby Leaf

Baby red chard is a baby leaf from the beet and spinach family and this crop resembles both of those leaves. The oval leaves have delicate thin red stems and red veining. The mild sweet flavour is a little like the flavour of spinach and is slightly earthy with a nutty finish.
