What can I expect in my next veg box delivery? 


You can log in to your account to see what’s in your next delivery and make any changes you’d like. 


How can I customise my order?


We want you to love everything in your box, so we use your ‘likes’ and 'dislikes' lists to automatically make substitutions for you. If something you don't like is in the menu, we'll switch it out for something you prefer. You can edit these lists as often as you like and even swap items in your box by clicking the arrows and selecting from available alternatives.


How long do I have to make changes to my order?


You can make changes to your order until the deadline stated on your account. If you miss the deadline, please email or call us and we'll do our best to help you out. 


What if something is missing from my delivery? 


Sometimes, due to quality issues or availability, we have to make last minute changes to your delivery. If you notice something missing, please check if we swapped it for another item. If something is truly missing, let us know as soon as possible. We'll either refund you or deliver the missing item as soon as possible.


What if something is wrong with my delivery?


We take pride in packing high-quality produce, but sometimes a bruise or other issue can slip through the cracks. If that happens, let us know as soon as possible and we'll either credit your account or send you a replacement. 


What if my delivery doesn't arrive?


While it's rare, mistakes can happen. If your delivery is late, please give us a call so we can figure out what went wrong. 


What if I need to change my delivery address?


You can easily update your delivery address in your account by clicking 'address' and selecting 'new address.' 


What if I need to skip a delivery or cancel entirely?


You can enter your own holiday dates or skip a delivery in your account. If you need to cancel entirely, simply delete all items from your order basket and confirm the change. We hope you won't cancel, but we're always happy to discuss other options if you're not satisfied. 

How do I know which veg box size is right for me?


Check out the descriptions and upcoming contents of our box sizes to get an idea of what will work best for you. Keep in mind that the quantities given are just a guide, so it’s best to try the size that looks the closest to your needs and adjust as necessary. You can change your box size and add recurring extras whenever you like. 


Can I order extra of things I like?


Absolutely! You can browse our online shop and add things like eggs, kombucha, and seasonal fruit to your basket as one-offs or as part of your regular delivery. 


Can I order produce without a set box?


Yes, you can easily create your own box from items in our online shop. Please keep in mind that unless you set items up as recurring, you'll need to place a new order every week. 


Do I have to get an order every week?


No, you can choose to receive deliveries weekly or fortnightly, or make individual one-off orders. If you set up a regular delivery, you can edit items in your basket or book multiple dates off under 'Holidays.' 


What if I'm not going to be home to receive my delivery?


Just let us know a safe spot and we will leave it there for you. Some customers leave out recycling boxes with lids if they don’t have a shed or porch. 


Can I change my delivery day? 


Our delivery rounds are designed to be efficient, so we can't usually change your delivery day. However, if the current day really won’t work for you, let us know and we'll do our best to find an alternative. 


What should I do with my packaging?


We reuse our boxes if possible. Please leave your packaging out for collection when your next order is due. If it might rain, pop them in a bin liner so they don't get soggy.
