Custard Squash

Custard squash otherwise known as the patty pan is an early summer squash recognisable by its flattened, scalloped edge appearance. They come in a variety of colours, mainly yellow, green and white. They are a tender, sweet flavoured squash they are easily prepared and quick to cook.
