Tomatoes - Classic Vine

Left on the vine to maximise fragrance and flavour. Expect firm, juicy tomatoes of good size (a typical 'vine' will weigh approx. 500g). A versatile ingredient that is a good all-rounder. We start with the Spanish growers early in the year before switching over to UK growers.
