Shaw's - Caramelised Red Onion Chutney with Balsamic

This exceedingly delicious chutney contains Balsamic vinegar of Modena, aged for 3 years in oak, to give real depth to this highly versatile chutney. A must with hard or blue cheeses, enhances a pâté or terrine and livens up cold meats. This product is not certified organic. Ingredients: Red onion (65%), muscovado sugar, sugar, red wine vinegar (sulphites), balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, grape must) (7%)(sulphites), cornflour, salt, black pepper.
