Crafted using traditional Italian techniques and their signature blend of British-grown spelt, Gigli brings both beauty and flavour to the table making every meal feel a little more special. Made with care at the small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, the team use bronze-dies to extrude each shape for its signature texture and slow-dry at low temperatures to enhance the pasta’s naturally nutty flavour and preserve the quality of regeneratively grown ingredients.
